The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026. Documents identify Singular Health Private Limited as the seller, while the buyer is listed as Sonu Agamkumar Nigam, the singer’s full name.Nigam paid Rs 6 lakh as stamp duty and Rs 30,000 towards the registration fee. Including these charges, the total disclosed outlay for the transaction stands at Rs 1.06 crore.
