Written by first-time author Dhiraj Kumar, it promises an in-depth account of Sridevi’s life, both on and off the camera.

Sridevi’s untimely demise in 2018
For those who may not know, Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018, in Dubai at the age of 54. The acclaimed actress, remembered for films such as ‘Mr. India’, ‘Chandni’ and ‘Himmatwala’, died of cardiac arrest. She had travelled to Dubai to attend the wedding of her relative, actor Mohit Marwah, when the tragedy struck. Reports from the time indicated that she collapsed in her hotel room, and despite efforts by a medical team to revive her, she could not be saved. She was pronounced dead after being rushed to a hospital.
