SS Rajamouli explains why he is keeping story details secret
SS Rajamouli’s next big project has generated massive curiosity without revealing much about its actual story. The filmmaker has deliberately kept plot details under wraps, allowing the film’s scale and star cast to drive audience expectations instead. Speaking about the title announcement video with Variety India, Rajamouli explained his reasoning behind the secrecy. “I didn’t want to reveal too much because it wouldn’t do justice to the film. Instead, we created a video that shows the kind of experience audiences can expect without giving away the story,” the filmmaker said. This approach has helped maintain the mystery surrounding the project even as anticipation continues to build. Rather than explaining the plot, the team has focused on giving viewers a sense of the film’s world, scale and visual ambition through the promotional material released so far.
