The first phase is said to focus on the 10 Assembly constituencies in Coimbatore district. Reportedly, these constituencies have been divided into two groups, with two district-level leaders given responsibility for expanding the organisation and adding new members. The first group includes Coimbatore South, Thondamuthur, Kinathukadavu, Pollachi and Valparai, while the second group covers Coimbatore North, Kavundampalayam, Singanallur, Sulur and Mettupalayam. New teams are expected to be formed in these areas, with membership drives also being intensified. Similar constituency-level work could reportedly be taken up across other parts of Tamil Nadu.

The actor recently met fans at his Poes Garden residence on his birthday, while an earlier remark about his fan gathering having a purpose also attracted attention.
